Joey has started and run multiple businesses in both the real estate and tech sectors. His consulting firm has some of Americas largest corporations as clients. He built these businesses through relationships. Clients consistently find that he works with integrity and always delivers.

Joey loves playing Final Fantasy when he has time to indulge. He has also mentored, trained and launched dozens of young professionals into tech careers. He enjoys seeing others prosper, he is always willing to share what he is doing and has a Instagram and TikTok called Joeys_money. Kristin Pedroza

A gifted problem solver, Kristin is no stranger to real estate. She has been licensed in multiple states and worked both as an agent and an investor. Kristin also worked in tech as a UX designer where her main focus was understanding problems in order to fix them

When it comes to investing in Multifamily, Kristin is people first. She is approachable and really cares about every relationship X1 creates.

Kristin loves a good fantasy adventure book when she has time to read for pleasure. She also spends a lot of time mentoring and serving in her community.
